Campground Overview

On Highway 60 between Golden Lake and Eganville on the Bonnechere River. Great fishing, sandy beach, beautiful trails on our 100-acre property for hiking, horseback trail rides, biking, climbing wall, archery lessons or just relaxing by the river! We have rentals for paddle boats, canoes, standup paddleboards, &kayaks! We are 45 minutes to whitewater rafting on the Ottawa River and 45 minutes to Barron Canyon in Algonquin Park. In July and Aug. we offer activities and day camps for the kids.

Directions

Between Golden Lake and Eganville, on a 100 acre wooded property with lots of hiking trails this family-owned rustic campground, and is equipped to meet to give you a quiet family vacation or we have facilities for large groups, family reunions & or retreats with dorms for 150 people! There are trailers & Rustic cabins for rent and a few primitive campsites, and RV pull-through sites. We have lots of activities for the family or spend a quiet time by the beautiful Bonnechere River.

Our Mandate

Camping In Ontario, also known as Ontario Private Campground Association (OPCA), is a member-based Association, comprised of small businesses located throughout the Province of Ontario. Our Association was started in 1969 by a group of campground owners that wanted to improve their businesses. While the way we do things has changed over the years, our mandate remains the same:

"As a vital and active stakeholder in tourism, Camping In Ontario supports member campgrounds in the Province of Ontario by educating campground owners, marketing camping in Ontario to the general public and advocating to government."
