Nurturing Excellence in the Outdoor Hospitality and Campground Management Industry

The Campground and Outdoor Hospitality Management Program is Canada’s only campground and outdoor hospitality-specific training program. We harness the collective knowledge of the industry, along with legislative and regulatory directives, to ensure that owners, managers, and recruits have the knowledge and skills related to business operations and management.  In addition to our training program, we have a centralized repository of best practices and resources to act as a flashlight for our members and learners.  No longer are we searching in the dark and recreating systems.  Our goal is to improve outdoor hospitality management know-how, operations knowledge, and confidence through increased labour retention and provide a pathway for new labour recruitment.= Group of Level 1 participants outside on a fall day
