The resort spans 28 spacious acres along the beautiful shores of Balsam Lake, offering guests a relaxing holiday experience in a lovely country setting. The lake is ideal for swimming, boating, and fishing. Rental Cottages available.

DIRECTIONS:
Many routes to get here, via Hwy 2 Simcoe St, Hwy 7, Hwy 35/115, Lakeridge Rd. We are just off Hwy 35 N, about half-way between Fenelon Falls and Coboconk. 2 km S of Rosedale. Turn off Hwy 35 N onto Sandy Beach Rd, turn L on to Oliver's Lane, and the entrance of our park is the first R.
