Rice Lake, lakeside tenting sites and eco-cabins, specializing in families and large groups, bachelor and bachelorette parties. INCLUDES starter campfire wood, kayaks, canoes, paddleboats, paddleboards, bread/pizza oven, gigantic checkers, FISHING, sand volleyball, hiking trails, swimming and an island full of animals for your interactive fun!

Follow Hwy 401 to Cobourg, exit 474 (County Rd 45). Travel north on County Rd 45 to Roseneath. Turn left onto Halstead Rd. Follow green and white signs: CEDAR BAY RESORT, all the way to CEDAR BAY RESORT, 86 Rolling Banks Rd 1A. Pull into ISLAND SPIRITS ferry arrivals dock.

Our Mandate

Camping In Ontario, also known as Ontario Private Campground Association (OPCA), is a member-based Association, comprised of small businesses located throughout the Province of Ontario. Our Association was started in 1969 by a group of campground owners that wanted to improve their businesses. While the way we do things has changed over the years, our mandate remains the same:

"As a vital and active stakeholder in tourism, Camping In Ontario supports member campgrounds in the Province of Ontario by educating campground owners, marketing camping in Ontario to the general public and advocating to government."
