Campground Overview

We are a family camping and cottage resort celebrating over 70 years in business! Our park features picturesque lakefront and wooded sites on Miller Lake, a quiet inland lake great for swimming and boating. Enjoy our water park, boat rentals, fishing, canoeing, kayaking and exploring!

Our park is an excellent family getaway with a safe sandy beach, water park, daily children's activities, special events and recreational facilities, including tennis, Pickleball, billiards, table tennis and shuffleboard. Two restaurants on site.

We are centrally located near all the natural wonders of the Bruce Peninsula, and a close drive to Bruce Peninsula National Park, Tobermory and Fathom Five National Marine Park, Bruce Trail hiking, biking trails and Lion's Head.

Cottages, rental RVs, camping cabin and guest house (B&B) accommodations also available onsite.

Spring and fall packages available for hiking and nature viewing. Perfect for groups/organizations looking for a spring or fall getaway or rally.

Directions

From southern Ontario: take Hwy 6 N toward Tobermory on the Bruce Peninsula. Approximately 35 km N of Wiarton, turn E on Miller Lake Rd 3 km (15-minute drive N of Ferndale). We are located at the end of Miller Lake Rd on Miller Lake. Note name of campground, 'Summer House Park', as there are other parks in the area.

From Manitoulin Island: board Chi-Cheemaun ferry to Tobermory, drive S 25 km from Tobermory, then 3 km E on Miller Lake Rd.

Overnight Information

We are fully booked for the Saturday and Sunday nights of the Canada Day long weekend. We do have a variety of unserviced, 2pt and 3pt sites available for Friday June 28 and Monday July 1. Call our office at 1-800-265-55


Cottage Vacancy Report
