We bought a trailer from Experience Camping In October, the whole experience dealing with the park purchasing our first trailer has been great, & it was exciting. We have friends who are at Auburn & after visiting a couple times we fell in love with the park, it’s a wonderful place for families to have a lot of fun, we have a 4 year old daughter. We opened up for the season in our permanent spot on May 1st & it’s been a wonderful first couple weeks, enjoying having our morning coffee by the Maitland River it’s beautiful, we can’t wait to go floating down the river on our tubes when it warms up. There are so many wonderful towns near by to visit as well, we’ve checked out Goderich, Saugeen Shores, & Bayfield, it’s so nice here, we grabbed an ice cream & checked out the peer at Bayfield the other day it was a fun day. The whole experience buying a trailer, getting settled in, & enjoying the park has been a great one, Sam & Nick who run the park are good people & we would totally recommend to anyone to check out the Auburn Riverside Retreat! Been here over a week now, had to add that while settling into our trailer, we have been very fortunate to have had Steve here at the park to guide us through the do’s & don’t of new trailer ownership, he came by on the first day we arrived for the season & gave us the run down of how to get our trailer up & running, he has been there to answer our many questions & was there for us today when we learned the hard way that we should be buying septic friendly toilet paper, we clogged our system & Steve was kind enough to come get it unclogged for us & back up & running perfectly. Thank you for everything you do around the park Steve & for helping us first time trailer owners get a lay of the land, we really appreciate it! The Bakers
