Campground Overview

17 km south of Parliament. Easy access to most tourist attractions, changing of the guard, sound and light show, and museums. 20 minutes to Calypso, Canada's largest water park. Full-service Good Sam Park. Free WiFi, heated saltwater pool, soccer field. Grassy/treed sites and large pull-thrus. Easily accommodating all big rigs in our 80- to 100-foot pull-thrus (50-amp) and brand-new premium patio sites. Groups welcome. Special rate for service groups. Friendly service. New washrooms and laundry! Service bilingue. Good Sam rating for 2020 is 9-10*-9.

Toronto: Hwy 416, exit 57 Bankfield Rd/Rd 8. Go E 4.5 km to Manotick Main St. Go R then L at first traffic light. Go E on Rd 8 for 10.9 km to Bank St. Go L on Bank St for 1 km.

Montreal: Hwy 417, exit 96, S 2 km on Boundary Rd. Go R (W) on Mitch Owens (Cty Rd 8) for 12 km to Bank St/Hwy 31. R on Bank St for 1 km.

Our Mandate

Camping In Ontario, also known as Ontario Private Campground Association (OPCA), is a member-based Association, comprised of small businesses located throughout the Province of Ontario. Our Association was started in 1969 by a group of campground owners that wanted to improve their businesses. While the way we do things has changed over the years, our mandate remains the same:

"As a vital and active stakeholder in tourism, Camping In Ontario supports member campgrounds in the Province of Ontario by educating campground owners, marketing camping in Ontario to the general public and advocating to government."
