Campground Overview

Bayfort Camp is a family campground on beautiful Georgian Bay, with no through traffic. It is a great place for children, with a sandy beach and 2 playgrounds. We have a recreation hall, a snack bar and 3 sets of washrooms, 1 with showers. The trailer and tent sites are located in grassy areas, kept cut and clean; there are also shaded or clear areas. 30-amp service is available on trailer sites.

Directions

3 miles E of Midland on Hwy 12, 1/2 mile E of Martyrs' Shrine on Ogden's Beach Rd.

From Toronto, Hwy 11 or 400 to Barrie, Hwy 27 and 93 from Barrie to Midland, and Hwy 12 from Midland to Ogden's Beach Rd, past Martyrs' Shrine. Turn N (or L) on Ogden's Beach Rd and continue 1 mile to camp.

Camping In Ontario, also known as Ontario Private Campground Association (OPCA), is a member-based Association, comprised of small businesses located throughout the Province of Ontario. Our Association was started in 1969 by a group of campground owners that wanted to improve their businesses. While the way we do things has changed over the years, our mandate remains the same:

"As a vital and active stakeholder in tourism, Camping In Ontario supports member campgrounds in the Province of Ontario by educating campground owners, marketing camping in Ontario to the general public and advocating to government."
